1. When will I receive my eGift Certificate after Payment? eGift Certificates are processed in the next 12-48 hours and emailed directly to the person on file that made the purchase.
2. How do I send my photos?

For Faster Processing and Delivery
of your Photo to Textile Products:
When you receive your receipt via email from us confirming payment, forward your confirmation with your photo to customerservice@digikeepsakes.com.
Optional for PhotoShop and Digital Art Users:
For Digital Scrapbookers or Graphic Designers desiring to create their own template (i.e. Scraf 12 x 72 inches) with art and photos, the 12 x 72 inch image should be submitted as a JPG and reduced from 300 dpi to 150 dpi.

For customers scanning scrapbook pages, scan at 150-250 dpi. Crop the scanned image as it should appear on the textiles.
3. Crafting at School with ThatsMyTale.com Build-a-Book.
Upon Payment (minimum of 50 books are required), please contact customerservice@digikeepsakes.com to schedule our online instructional customer service representatives to be available when the students are building books. We will provide Q&A live via our ONLINE Help Chat. Please email the dates of computer lab time, primary contact name, school, city and time zone. We will schedule online LIVE Chat Instructional Help for the School Lab or Classroom.
