Our Guarantee for Manufacturing and Delivery Each of our products is handmade to order using your photos, digital art or scrapbook images.  All orders estimate to ship 2 to 3 weeks from the date the complete photo order is received.  Orders are sent standard UPS Ground direct to the address provided at time of order.  To ensure end of year holiday delivery, photos must be received on or before 20 November. We guarantee a 30 day manufacturer warranty against any production defects.  The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.  In some cases, color, hues, and tones may vary slightly during the printing process. We do not remove ‘red eyes’ nor return photos to the sender.

Instructions and Terms for Submitting your Photo or Image

Option 1: Use the form below to access your order online, and follow the instructions to upload your image in jpeg.  We recommend for a quality photo no less than 150 dpi and size of 1024 x 768 pixels or highest resolution on your digital camera.  The higher the pixels and dpi, the greater quality of printed product.

Option 2: Email your photo or image, SkyMall order number, shipping address to customerservice@digikeepsakes.com.
